Description
Named after the legendary cellar master of the Abbey of Hautvillers, Dom Pérignon is always made from only the best grapes of nine grands and premiers crus villages. Each vintage retains the house signature whilst expressing the unique events of the growing season.
2012 combines intensity, tautness and energy. White flowers, nectarine and apricot burst on the nose with hints of rhubarb and freshly picked mint. The explosive palate offers a surge of effervescence and succinctness, marked by ginger, tobacco and lemon brioche.
